  5. Emotional Fluency - the ability to assertively articulate inner thoughts, feelings, motivations, and other self-expressions.

  6. Emotional Literacy - the ability to accurately read the subjectivity of one’s partner

  7. Effective Problem-Solving

  8. Positivity - maintains an overall positive perspective on life, even during difficult times.

  9. Emotional/physiological self-regulation - the capacity to control states of tension in order to achieve good enough vitality or calmness as needed.
